About Us

Back to basics.

What started as a small garden and a couple of chickens has… multiplied. (Don’t they always?) Now it’s grown into the kind of homestead we used to daydream about—equal parts productive, chaotic, and occasionally muddy.

At Nevermore Farms, we take pride in doing things the old-fashioned way: sustainable agriculture, organic farming practices, and the kind of animal husbandry that makes our livestock happy enough to yell at us every morning. We’re big on self-reliance and even bigger on sharing what we’ve learned—because a little more self-sufficiency in the world never hurt anyone.

We offer fresh produce, high-quality livestock, and naturally raised meat without the chemical shortcuts. Our animals enjoy rotational grazing and free-ranging, which means they get to live their best lives before they become dinner. (It’s farm life—honest, not sugar-coated.)

But that’s not all:

Need advice? We offer small farm and homestead consultations. Whether its a consultation about raising livestock, off-grid living, or homesteading and gardening, we got you.

Need backup? Our farm-sitting services keep the critters alive while you sneak a vacation.

Need a little magic? Try our herbal products, crafted straight from the farm.

We’re also proudly NPIP certified, which means we can ship hatching eggs and chicks—for both heritage chickens and coturnix quail—right to your door. Think of it as sending tiny feathery chaos through the mail.

At the heart of it all, Nevermore Farms is about growing good food, raising happy animals, and keeping the Appalachian spirit alive—with a little grit, a little humor, and maybe just a whisper of something uncanny in the holler.
